THE infamous wedding dress. October 24 2011

On April 29, 2011, all over the world people were tuning into watch The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Catherine (Kate) Middleton exchange their vows. The world watched. Some people to witness a beautiful love story, others to be a part of history, and of course, others, to see what the soon-to-be Duchess would be wearing on this most intimately public occasion. I thought the dress designed by Sarah Burton, for Alexander McQueen was perfect. The long sleeve tasteful enough for Buckingham Palace yet the full lace and somewhat plunging neckline was risqué enough for the youthful and fashionable 29 year old newlywed.
